What we collect
- Your mobile number, to sign you in with a one-time code.
- Your name, email and delivery addresses, to deliver your order and send you its invoice.
- Your orders: what you bought, what you paid, returns and refunds.
- What you choose to save: your wishlist, "tell me when it is back" requests, and reviews or questions you post.
- Your permission for offers, and when you gave or withdrew it.
We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled by Razorpay, a licensed payment service, on its own secure pages.
Why we use it
- To take, deliver and support your order, and to issue GST invoices.
- To sign you in and keep your account safe.
- To tell you about your order and, only if you asked, when a piece is back in stock.
- To send offers, only if you said yes. You can say no at any time under My details.
Who we share it with
Only those who need it to serve you: the courier (your name, address and phone, to deliver), Razorpay (to take your payment), and our SMS provider (your number, to send the sign-in code). We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
What stays in your browser
We keep your basket and your signed-in session on your own device, so they are still there when you come back. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires. Everything else is kept while you have an account with us.
Your choices
You can see and change your details and addresses under Your account. To get a copy of what we hold, correct it, or close your account and erase what the law does not require us to keep, write to to-be-added@mushik.in.
Keeping it safe
Your information is sent over an encrypted connection and kept on secured servers, and only the people who run the shop can reach it.
