Using the site

• You must be 18 or over to place an order, or order with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• You sign in with a code sent to your mobile number. Keep your phone safe: anyone with it can sign in as you.
• Do not misuse the site, try to break it, or use it to break the law.

Our products

We sell handloom sarees and related pieces. We photograph each piece as it is, but colours can look different on different screens, and handwoven fabric has small irregularities. These are not defects.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST. The delivery charge, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.
• You can pay online by card, UPI, net banking or wallet through Razorpay, and by cash on delivery when we offer it.
• If a price on the site is wrong because of a mistake, we contact you before sending the order. You can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a piece has sold out, and we then refund anything you paid in full.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Reviews and questions

If you post a review or a question, you let us show it on the site with the name on your account. We may remove anything offensive, untrue or unrelated to the product.

Our content

The photographs, text and design of the site belong to [Legal name, to be added]. Please do not copy them without asking.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site working and its information correct. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at [City, to be added]. Please contact us first; most things can be put right with a message.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
